ever find yourself wondering what's wrong …? I think about bad things, what I did wrong, I made mistakes … all thought it was a habit. Its too easy for many of us fall into the habit of thinking negatively. It becomes easy to think of what we say or wrong, not what we do right.
Furthermore, when we do well how often we give ourselves a pat on the back? We are our own worst critic, but the only that our headache, which we believe deserve the constant Beat ourselves. Other people will tell us a good job, why we can not say that? Damn, either send them a good job, but said that for ourselves? It is simply not feeling well, right?

1 – Focus on where you want to go, not where you've been. We've all made mistakes. Now its time to think about what we want to do to take the next step forward. Set small, to positively think about them, and reach them.

6 – Headlines (including news) is designed to surprise, shock, and instead draw you a story. Disaster and scandal sells, or so publishers think. Read something fun instead. Visit bookstore or library and take note of all kinds of books their own motivation. Get one that feels right and read.
7 – Read something positive every day, is better when you wake up and before going to bed. Then, I think, in a positive way. Take your books increased in step 6 and read for 15 minutes morning and evening for 30 days.
8 – Visualize things that good things happen. Its too easy to see bad things happen. Bills, what other people will say, what if this happens … and so on. Visualize good things happen. View project went well (either with PR or the next presentation) and people who say that was good!
9 – mistakes are something to learn from, not to kill a bat with ourselves. We all make mistakes, how can we use to move in that makes us better. And what if we fail on the last attempt, there's always next time and we are always able to learn from what happened and do things differently next time. That's how I fixed it.
10 – Dreamboarding is practical to place a picture of what you want from life on a piece of cardboard and put it where you can see. Quotes clips and images resonate with you and if you want and put them on your board. We use only those you want, not what others want. As a reminder of where you want to take and what you want to have. Some people have found to be very strong dreamboarding.
